Charitable Objectives

In terms of the Scheme, the Trustees are to hold the funds of the Trust and to apply such sums out of the capital or Income thereof as they may in their discretion think fit to such charitable purposes within or connected with the City of Glasgow as they shall think fit and in particular, but without prejudice to the foregoing generality, to the maintenance, conservation and rehabilitation of buildings of architectural or historical interest in Glasgow and to the research into and study of the development of architecture and building in that city.
